Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking an Senior Executive Sales & Marketing to drive business growth through sales of our Software House. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, securing new projects, and fostering client relationships in the Software Development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in need of software development services.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, emailing, and attending industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and communicate them effectively to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients to close deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Software, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in engineering or technical services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Ability to develop and execute strategies to secure projects and clients.
